We’ve carried out not just 100s but 1000s of projects over the last 30 years and, at the risk of using a hackneyed phrase in the building industry – no job is too big or too small. These are just a few examples which we’ll update… when time allows.

A smart new driveway for two!
Meeting local building and planning regulation approvals, we excavated the ground works, prepared a solid high-standard hard-core base and polished concrete surface. Night lighting and architectural planting completed this tastefully designed addition to the property. Rather than compromise the 1950s period, it made it a far more desirable property to live in.
Who needs scaffolding!
Ok, so it’s not always the case but a ‘cherry picker’ lift can save a huge amount of time and inconvenience with many of our jobs, particularly where access is ideal. In this example we completed most of the job with the lift and finished off the rest on ladders. We always mask up windows and doors with polythene for a clean and faster job.

A complete bathroom refit.
The client was delight with their new bathroom. From plumbing to electrics and from tilling and flooring to the decor we did the lot. We are also happy to help if you need some advice in choosing the right units and fittings.
We never sit on the fence…
… we just make sensible decisions and get on with the job! This example is a new fence, pond and some basic landscaping that enabled or client to get on with what they love doing best – planting, gardening and taking in the view.

A personal approach
Are we your general bulk standard kitchen fitters? – no we’re not. We have tradespeople for every aspect of the job, even if there’s making good or plastering to do before the project can start. But most of all we now how to improvise and adapt if there’s an awkward pilar or an ‘out of square‘ ’corner to work around.
Roofing work in Exeter
We are fully experienced ‘roofers’ and work on small to medium sized contracts. Often this involves new rafters, batons, felting and insulation. Leading work, new guttering and chimney pointing is all part of the job. You’re home and dry with Devon Minor Works.

The colonial look…
‘Colonial look’ – Ok, perhaps a bit of an exaggeration but the combination of the horizontal slatting of the pergola, palms, gravel and lighting does take you another place.
Yes, we can also do rustic!
If it’s the rustic Mediterranean look you’re after, we’re on it! The task here was to tile the staircase, landings and hallway in a Moroccan style pattern.
