About

DEDICATED TO YOU AND OUR PROFESSION

Devon Minor Works, Exeter, was established in 1994 and since then has continued to build a reputation based on reliability, excellent workmanship and an ability to respond at short notice.  Now employing over 16 skilled craftsmen and having a further 6 regular sub-contractors in the team we believe we are better placed than any other local company to deal with the big as well as the smallest of jobs.  As we continue to expand our scale of service we will always maintain our good humour, personal attention and sensible prices.  We pride ourselves on being a local company; this is our home, our place of work and this is where we stand or fall by our long term reputation.

Through recession and boom times alike we’ve always held strong, responding to the fluctuating needs of our customers – repairing and making good when funds are limited and new build when the climate is buoyant.

Working  to suit you

From the moment you call Devon Minor Works you’ll be assured that your business is important to us, however large or small. We discuss and assess the job with you as thoroughly as possible, working with you or, if needs be, a project manager, surveyor or property manager. Following this, we’ll provide you with a detailed specification, a list of costs and the all-important project schedule. Once everyone is happy, we’ll set up a contract and from thereafter you can be involved on a day-to-day basis as much or as little as you wish.

If it’s an ongoing maintenance arrangement that you need, we can provide a health check for your property at the outset. And, if there’s an emergency we will do all we can to get to you as fast as possible.
